Overview

Search and organise YouTube videos, playlists and channels for continuous signage playback.

Before you begin

Keep the YouTube video, playlist or channel URLs ready. Confirm that the content permits embedding and is not age- or region-restricted.

Good to know

  • Use content you are authorised to display.
  • Background continuation should be enabled only when continuous audio is appropriate.
  • Older Android players may require an updated WebView.

Publishing

After saving the app, add its slide to a playlist and publish that playlist to the required screen. Use Preview to confirm the layout before sending it to a live display.

Step by Step Guide
Step 1: Create a YouTube profile

Open the app and create a clearly named profile.

Step 2: Search or paste a source

Search YouTube or paste a valid video, playlist or channel URL.

Step 3: Build the playback list

Add one or more sources and arrange them in the intended order.

Step 4: Configure playback

Set mute, looping, resume position and optional continue-in-background behavior.

Step 5: Preview the sequence

Confirm videos start, advance to the next item and resume as expected.

Step 6: Save and publish

Save the profile and publish its app slide to supported screens.
