Before you begin
Keep the content, links and media you want to display ready. Confirm that the target screen has a stable internet connection for live information.

- Preview the app after every important change.
- Keep text concise and use high-quality images for the best result.
Publishing
After saving the app, add its slide to a playlist and publish that playlist to the required screen. Use Preview to confirm the layout before sending it to a live display.
Step by Step Guide
Step 1: Open the app
Open Apps in the user dashboard, find Enterprise Dashboard, and select Open App or Use App.
Step 2: Create or select an app profile
Enter a clear name so you can identify this setup later.
Step 3: Add the content
Complete the available fields and select the media, data or source required by the app.
Step 4: Choose the display options
Select the layout, orientation, theme and visibility options that suit the target screen.
Step 5: Preview and save
Review the live preview, correct any clipped or missing content, and save the app.
Step 6: Publish to a screen
Add the generated app slide to a playlist and publish the playlist to the required screen.
