How to use Enterprise Dashboard

Securely display Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Grafana, Metabase or compatible web dashboards across managed signage screens.

Before you begin

Keep the content, links and media you want to display ready. Confirm that the target screen has a stable internet connection for live information.

Good to know

  • Use landscape or portrait settings that match the physical screen.
  • Preview the app after every important change.
  • Keep text concise and use high-quality images for the best result.

Publishing

After saving the app, add its slide to a playlist and publish that playlist to the required screen. Use Preview to confirm the layout before sending it to a live display.

Step by Step Guide
Step 1: Open the app

Open Apps in the user dashboard, find Enterprise Dashboard, and select Open App or Use App.

Step 2: Create or select an app profile

Enter a clear name so you can identify this setup later.

Step 3: Add the content

Complete the available fields and select the media, data or source required by the app.

Step 4: Choose the display options

Select the layout, orientation, theme and visibility options that suit the target screen.

Step 5: Preview and save

Review the live preview, correct any clipped or missing content, and save the app.

Step 6: Publish to a screen

Add the generated app slide to a playlist and publish the playlist to the required screen.

Why is Enterprise Dashboard not visible on my screen?
Confirm the app is saved, its slide is in the active playlist, and that playlist is published to the screen. Then check that the player is online.
Make sure the selected orientation matches the physical display. Refresh the player after saving and avoid placing important content too close to the edges.
Saved app data is delivered to connected players automatically. Live-data apps also refresh their information at safe intervals.
