Collect approved Facebook and Instagram content and present posts, images and videos in social display layouts.
Before you begin
Use a Meta account that has the required Page or professional Instagram permissions. Decide whether posts require moderation.
Good to know
- Reconnect Meta when permissions or passwords change.
- Moderate sensitive content before it reaches public screens.
- Video playback depends on the media URL supplied by Meta.
Publishing
After saving the app, add its slide to a playlist and publish that playlist to the required screen. Use Preview to confirm the layout before sending it to a live display.
Step by Step Guide
Step 1: Create a social profile
Open Social Wall and create or select the profile used by the display.
Step 2: Connect Facebook or Instagram
Follow the Meta login flow and approve the requested Page and Instagram permissions.
Step 3: Sync posts
Refresh the profile and confirm recent posts, captions, emojis, images and videos are available.
Step 4: Moderate content
Enable moderation when required, then approve or hide individual posts.
Step 5: Choose a layout
Select focused, carousel or mosaic presentation and set a suitable duration.
Step 6: Save and publish
Preview text and media on the target orientation, then publish the app slide.
