Overview

Use Slide Quick Publish when a finished design is ready and you want to add it to a playlist and send it to screens immediately.

Before you publish

  • Save the slide in Editor or Quick Editor before publishing it.
  • Decide whether the slide belongs in an existing playlist or a new playlist.
  • Confirm the target screen and device assignment if this content must play immediately.

What SignMitra creates or updates

  • Adds the selected slide to the chosen playlist without duplicating unrelated slides.
  • Creates a new playlist when you choose Add new.
  • Attaches the playlist to selected screens or keeps its existing screen assignments.
  • Refreshes the affected players after the database changes are verified.
Important: If the selected playlist is already running on a screen, you may publish immediately or enable the option to add more screens.
Step by Step Guide
Step 1: Open the slide menu

Go to Slides, open the three-dot context menu on the required slide and choose Quick Publish.

Step 2: Choose an existing playlist or add a new one

Select an existing playlist to add the slide to it, or choose Add new and enter a clear playlist name.

Step 3: Review existing screen assignments

When the selected playlist already runs on screens, the modal lists those screens. Leave the assignment unchanged for a direct update, or choose to add more screens.

Step 4: Select or create a screen

If the playlist has no screen, select at least one existing screen. You may create a new screen when your package has available screen capacity.

Step 5: Publish the slide

Click Publish and keep the modal open during the progress animation. SignMitra adds the slide to the playlist, saves screen assignments and refreshes player data.

Step 6: Assign a device if requested

The device step appears only for a screen without a connected player device. Select an available device or continue through Device Manager.
